Sales Specialist

Wallex is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth by developing strong relationships with potential clients and effectively promoting our financial products and services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and networking
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster repeat business
• Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring a smooth sales process
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales lifecycle
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts

• Proven experience as a Sales Specialist or similar role in the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
