What you'll do atPosition Summary...What you'll do...Tracks sales performance, identifies areas for improvement, and implements necessary changes to achieve sales targets. Leverages specialized knowledge and experience to contribute to the organization's success. Uses performance reports to inform discussions and decision-making about sales strategies and communicates performance results to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.Collaborates with other departments (for example, Marketing, Product Development) to ensure the alignment of the sales strategy with the overall company strategy. Collaborates closely with C-suite leaders across their client portfolios, playing a critical role in shaping and implementing the business and strategy.Tailors communication styles to fit diverse audiences, including clients, colleagues, and team members. Leverages emotional intelligence to build rapport and strengthen relationships. Navigates the unique cultural and business landscapes of new markets.Identifies, develops, and implements effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in emerging markets by analyzing market trends and competitive landscape. Considers both short-term and long-term objectives in sales planning by strategically allocating resources to maximize sales results. Regularly reviews and adjusts sales goals based on market performance and organizational needs.Advocates for the needs and interests of clients, the sales team, and the organization by using influential skills to promote sales initiatives, ideas, and strategies. Uses data to support strategies by collecting and analyzing relevant data from a variety of sources, ensuring accuracy and comprehensiveness.
