Our team serves as the key player between Walmart's Last Mile Delivery operations and external strategic partners, driving the delivery of unparalleled customer experiences with maximum cost efficiency.Location: Bentonville, ARSchedule: Monday - Friday with flexibility to work weekends as neededKey Responsibilities:• As the Last Mile Delivery Manager, you will be the central resource and partner for various cross-functional teams, including strategy, operations, product, legal, finance, and more. Your mission is to drive success in this rapidly growing Last Mile space by:• Developing Long-Term Growth Initiatives: From conceptualization to execution, you'll lead the charge in creating and implementing growth strategies that push the envelope and set new standards in Last Mile Delivery.• Creating Playbooks and Streamlining Operations: Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting playbooks and refining processes that streamline operations across multiple teams, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.• Data Analysis and Trend Communication: You will excel at organizing and dissecting data, extracting actionable insights, and communicating trends to relevant stakeholders.
