Position Summary...What you'll do...About the RoleThe Product and Commercialization team at Walmart Connect (WMC) is looking for a leader for the Product Analytics function to support the Product Management, Product Operations and Product Marketing by enabling experimentation and data driven decision making.In this role you will:• Lead a team of Product Analytics who will support Product discovery, A/B testing and analyzing post launch insights• Proactively identify product opportunities within and beyond product ownerships areas through a hypothesis driven culture and data driven deep dives• Provide strategic leadership for the team to design & execute AB tests, drive continuous experimentation and enable decision making with a data driven mindset• Bring critical thinking as you collaborate across Walmart business functions, Product management, Product Marketing, Product Operations , Engineering and other stakeholdersYou will sweep us off your feet if you have• 15+ years of professional experience in Product Analytics, Product Management, Data Science or equivalent field preferably for a consumer facing, engagement based, eComm or digital product.• Extensive, hands-on professional experience with design & execution of AB tests and regression modelling• Highly motivated, proactive and able to solve diverse problems efficiently.• Excellent written and communication skills; Can lead communication and collaboration with a diverse group of Senior cross-functional partners.• Driven A/B testing as an ongoing discipline to constantly improve product features and provide better experiences for customers across all platforms (e.g., Desktop, Mobile, etc.).• Have an intimate understanding of various data sources and how to organize and utilize them to deliver critical insights to the broader organization.• Provide data driven insights and deliver recommendations that address opportunities for product improvements.• 6+ years of hands-on experience with SQL, Python and visualization tools such as Tableau• BA/BS or Graduate degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field• Experience with retail media (Advertising) analytics is strongly preferred.At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
