Position Summary...What you'll do...The Senior Manager, Risk Operations, Walmart Marketplaces is responsible for managing Global Risk seller vetting, seller appeals, Lifecycle Risk, Compliance, Payment operations for the Walmart Marketplace.Reporting to the Director, Risk Operations, you will partner with key Business, Compliance, Customer Support, Corporate Affairs, Legal, Technology and Analytics teams to build and develop a robust and scalable team. This role will develop and implement strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce, cultivate an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics while developing and leveraging internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals.You will make an impact by:• Lead large team facilitating seller vetting operations and risk-based reviews of seller accounts• Building short- and long-term capacity planning for fraud/risk mitigation strategy and goals to align with Global strategy• Supporting the implementation of existing and future risk management programs as required• Working with our technology partners and/or third-party vendors to build scalable products and tools for the Risk ops teams• Developing and optimizing processes to create operational efficiencies across Risk Operations teams• Working with Walmart International Marketplaces to support business growth as required• Drive operational efficiencies, performance expectations, and a culture of continuous improvementMinimum Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 5 years' experience in risk management, trust & safety, compliance, legal, project management, or related area OR 6 years' experience in risk management, trust & safety, legal, project management, or related area• 6+ years supervisory experience leading teams of 40+ associates• You are highly motivated, and customer focused• You have proven success collaborating across a matrix organization to get things done• You have demonstrated your ability to be a cross-functional team player who can make decisions firmly and objectively• You have a hands-on entrepreneurial style while managing functional responsibility and key relationships• You have strong communication skills and experience with senior leadership and stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications• You have global marketplace experience• You have global risk management experience• You have eCommerce operations experience - domestic and internationalThe above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed in the role.
