Come grow with us!Objectives Of This Role• Oversee daily operations of the site including production, safety and quality departments.• Champion continuous improvement activities• Ensure processes are in place to provide high quality products.• Drive the organization to deliver products on time for our customers.• Achieve product cost targetsResponsibilities• Lead, motivate and support the operational staff in a fast-paced environment.• Track and ensure operational metrics are achieved.• Proactively act to achieve cost performance targets.• Focus resources for quick problem resolution.• Communicate results to upper management.Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations management, or a related field• Good working knowledge of manufacturing cost elements and proven ability to achieve cost targets.• Prior management experience• Excellent people skills• Experience with quality management systemsPreferred Skills And Qualifications• 5 years of prior experience as an operations manager in a manufacturing environment• Prior Automotive industry experience as a tier 1 or 2 supplierIf you are interested in being part of a world class xxxx function here at Alkegen then we would love to hear from you.At Alkegen, we strive every day to help people – ALL PEOPLE – breathe easier, live greener and go further than ever before.
