This pivotal role requires a unique blend of functional expertise in the Time and Attendance space, a great understanding of connecting experiences together, along with exceptional communication skills. You are, both, a bridge-builder and storyteller. By connecting Time and Attendance with digital experiences, you will empower associates around the world to work better and live better, revolutionizing how we attract, enable and grow our associates. You will also be responsible for continuing to develop our product analytics strategy and experience, working with teams to provide access to key performance insights to inform product strategies across Time and Attendance as well as the entire portfolio.What You'll Do:Collaborate with People domain leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and execute our Time and Attendance strategy, aligning it with the company's vision and goals.Work with other product managers to conceptualize, design, and deliver Time and Attendance products that enhance People processes and provide a superior digital experience for associates.Translate business requirements into functional specifications and vice versa, ensuring seamless integration of Time and Attendance solutions into our experience layers.Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, while maintaining a strong focus on user-centric design principles.Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop advanced analytics models to measure adoption, behaviors and outcomes of Time and Attendance products.Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Time and Attendance products by defining and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the People domain, providing regular updates and gathering feedback to drive product improvements.Stay up to date with the latest advancements in the Time and Attendance domain, including Clocking, Time Off, Exception Management and emerging technology, exploring their potential application in associate experiences.Serve as a subject matter expert on Time and AttendanceYou'll make an impact by:Driving innovation by leveraging AI to enhance People processes and digital experiences.Empowering Associates and People professionals with AI-powered tools to make informed decisions and drive strategic initiatives.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create associate-centric Time and Attendance products that revolutionize the HR landscape.Influencing the company's Time and Attendance strategy and playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of HR technology.Being flexible and open to the ambiguity of the changing landscape and ready to jump into anything.Developing and enhancing Time and Attendance products by managing product roadmaps, aligning business and technical needs, analyzing associate and product data.Turning associate insights and feedback into actionable initiatives; gathering, developing and documenting requirements while considering technical architecture and implementation, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, determining rollout strategy, managing risks and dependencies, and prioritizing the product backlog.You'll sweep us off our feet if...Have 7+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally for People products or People technology.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong track record of collaborating with stakeholders at various levels.Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex problems.Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
