Warehouse 1st Shift Order Packer - $18.50 Starting Rate

WebstaurantStore, a Clark Associates company. is growing! As a leading distributor of food service equipment and supplies, we are currently in the process of looking for warehouse order packers to join our rapidly growing company. We are looking for reliable, skilled applicants that focus on teamwork and safety.

Basic Overview: The Order Packer is responsible for efficiently and accurately packing customer orders while maintaining quality and speed to ensure customer orders are processed in a timely and secure manner.

Order Packer Job Responsibilities:

• Bill and ship completed orders to the customer with provided warehouse software
• Meet and exceed order packing accuracy and output metrics
• Safely operate and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure a safe work environment
• Keep warehouse/work zone clean and orderly and help maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Communicate with Shipping Manager regarding any issues or concerns that arise
• Communicate well with co-workers and display team player qualities
• Performing other duties and tasks not listed as requested by the Shipping Manager

1st Shift Shipping Hours:

• Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am-4:30 pm
• Friday 7:00 am-11:00am
• Starting rate of $18.50 /hour with the potential to get to $24.50/hour through raises and developmental programs.
• Potential raise of up to $0.75 cents every 6 months

Skills/Abilities:

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 75lbs
• Must be able to push and pull up to 150lbs
• Must be able to constantly bend, reach, stand, squat, and twist throughout the entire shift
• Must have regular and predictable on-site attendance
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
