Corporate Development Associate/Manager
Wargaming is seeking a Corporate Development Analyst or Associate/Manager to drive strategic initiatives and work with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for investments, M&A, and partnerships at a global level. Ideal candidates need a background in investment banking, consulting, or corporate development with a keen interest in the gaming industry.

Responsibilities
- Perform research and analysis in the gaming and related sectors
- Evaluate existing and upcoming games in the market
- Build and maintain industry relationships
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape
- Evaluate investment, M&A, and partnership deals
- Manage deal execution
- Prepare models, business cases, and presentations
- Communicate recommendations to the executive team
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields
