be leading a Team of Casino Coordinators, manage and maintain the games road-map for our aggregator and be a crucial member of our Casino Operations Team. You will be working closely with the Casino Project Manager to support the building of the next generation of iGaming products and services. The team is based in different locations around the world so you will be communicating and collaborating with your team using various online communication platforms. As a Casino Operations Manager, you will report to the Director of Casino Operations.
Manage a team of Casino Coordinators/specialists, help and coach them in their daily tasks
Manage and maintain the games road-map for the Aggregator, based on the latest information from the game providers & client requests
Be the contact point for anything Aggregator related with all departments, including but not limited to Tech, Support, Commercial and Account Management, Product and Finance.
Prepare regular reports for management
Support the rest of the casino team in maintaining the database with the latest information from game providers.
Liaise with Account Managers of game providers to resolve those issues amicably as needed.
Work closely with the commercial department to ensure the growth of aggregator clients.
Work closely with the Casino Project Manager on new implementations and on-boarding of new Game Providers
Conduct thorough market research using network data and market-based competitor analysis to understand new games and their industry performance.
Be a team player with all departments, including but not limited to Tech, Support, Commercial and Account Management, Product and Finance.
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role (Casino Ops Manager, Casino Ops Specialist etc). Previous experience in the iGaming industry is essential.

Existing connections with game providers are a plus.
