As well as creating for clients, we help educate the wider industry. Our Instagram publication The Feed tracks culture at the speed of social. 6,500 people registered or tuned into our events last year, and our reports garnered more than 20 million views.

The Opportunity 

Are you a gaming-obsessed, TikTok-native Senior Content Creator with a passion for all things social? 

Do you have experience as a Content Creator with in an agency environment?

Do you dream of turning your love for gaming culture into a career? 

We Are looking for a highly skilled Senior Content Creator to join our team and lead the day-to-day creative output for Activision Blizzard, home to some of the world's most iconic gaming titles, including Call of Duty, World of Warcraft, and Diablo.  You will have a deep understanding of gaming content and communities across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, and beyond.


You will have previously crafted ideas to create content for audiences and be able to quickly film TikToks on an iPhone and gimbal, but you’ll also need to have a good grasp of Adobe Suite. So if you need to make a simple graphic or quickly edit event footage in Premier it will be no bother. 

It is essential that you live and breath the gaming world.

  • Managed daily content creation across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to ensure a seamless delivery of social content with little to no errors.
  • Ideated and executed creative concepts that resonate with gamers and have led to authentic community engagement.
  • Transformed game clips and trailers into captivating social posts in a timely manner and with little to no amendments needed from the manager/client.
  • Stayed ahead of gaming, industry, and social trends and can provide an example of where you have done so.
  • Elevated the social presence of legendary gaming franchises and can showcase these within a portfolio or website.
  • Contributed to creative brainstorms and content calendars where your ideas have been adapted and led to success
  • Supported a Senior Social Media Manager with insights and ideation
  • Guided and mentored Content Creators to help them develop their craft skills

  • Experience establishing yourself as the go-to person on the account 
  • Always take full accountability for your results/deliverables
  • Being solutions-driven and being confident in vocalising them 
  • Experience minimising the need for clients/stakeholders to escalate issues above me or to require unnecessary input from my colleagues
  • Collaborate with designers and videographers to produce exceptional video content
  • Contribute to the daily newsroom within the department
  • Comfortable in front of a camera as and when required
