Beginning September 2023, North America employees will be asked to come into the office on Tuesdays only.What you'll be doingPartner to EVPs and SVPs on the Health team. This position requires a sound multi-tasker who can perform a variety of administrative duties while also managing frequent cross-team interactions and deliverables.Additionally, this role will act as a liaison between the senior team and agency members, staffers, clients, and vendors.A successful candidate can communicate well across all teams / levels, manage their time efficiently and effectively while juggling multiple priorities.You’re good at daily support of key leaders :• Calendar management• Travel via our travel agency• Processing expense reports• Maintaining Executives' timesheetsYou succeed by :• Applying your strategic business thinking by understanding agency capabilities and how Executive(s) work fits in• Showing us your stellar communication skills, offering insight and additional context to inform your Executive(s) and / or peers in decision-making• Taking initiative in support of your Executive(s) and team - proactiveness is serious business• Screening correspondence and interoffice materials to determine priority and appropriate response. You take action.• Embracing a larger North America administrative team and occasionally filling in for others on vacation / PTO / leave• Hitting the ground to run business errands, as needed, to meet required deliverables for meetings, offsites, gifting, etc.You will work in close partnership and report to the Senior Executive Assistant on the Health team, a fantastic resource to partner with and foster your career development at WE.You will also partner with our North America administrative team to execute cross-team, client, and agency deliverables our collaboration is vital to the success of our teams and Executives.What you've been able to accomplish• 6+ years equivalent level of experience• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint is required• Ability to make solid business decisions, problem-solve and simultaneously handle multiple job task and / or priorities• Ability to be objective and discreet with sensitive information• Ability to demonstrate a high degree of professionalism• Ability to manage high levels of stress• Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback• Ability to work in a team setting with diverse personalities• Excellent grammatical, editing, proofreading and communication skills• Excellent organizational and prioritization skillsAbout UsWE Communications :WE is one of the largest communications and integrated marketing agencies in the world.
