Training delivery methods will be face to face and remote as well as on demand digital offerings.The Technology Trainer will be a ‘subject matter expert’ in Office 365 and other key employee facing IT services. They will work with the Tech Training Lead to identify learning needs and work with global IT colleagues to deliver training where appropriate• Responsible for delivering training face to face and remotely to agency employees.• The Technical Trainer will work with Technical training lead in creating in person and digital on demand training and review periodically.• Track user adoption and training success through KPI’s and reporting.• Responsible for the upkeep of an accurate and relevant knowledge base on the company’s ITSM system (BMC Remedyforce) The IT Training will identify and compile end user and Internal IT technical documentation.• The Technical Trainer will be an advocate for the IT team and services offered across the agency pushing the overall IT service strategy.• With the goal of continual service improvement, the Technical Trainer will collate feedback from end users and IT team members and present to the Technical Training lead where appropriate.• Responsible for managing, coaching, mentoring, and training members of the Global IT Support Team in procedures, training techniques and improving technical knowledge.Minimum/Preferred Requirements• 1+ years providing IT Training in a global Enterprise environment Excellent level of English and communication skills.• Strong Technical writing skills.• Strong level of Microsoft Office 365 knowledge.• Microsoft Core Training Skills, Microsoft Certified Trainer Instructional Skills Certification (MCT-ISC), CompTIA CTT+ or equivalent certification preferred.CompensationThe base annual salary range for this role, applicable across all U.S. locations, is outlined below.
