Senior Product Manager - WeatherBug

GroundTruth is looking for a Senior Product Manager with over 5 years of experience in product management and a background in atmospheric sciences. The ideal candidate will excel in data-driven decision-making, thrive in agile environments, and be eager to experiment and take calculated risks.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Managers and Senior Leadership to define, develop, and launch the mobile app across various devices
Conduct comprehensive research to deeply understand markets, competition, and user requirements
Improve existing features and capabilities with a focus on User Experience (UX)
Proactively research user interactions to develop optimal experiences
Stay updated on market trends to identify opportunities for product innovation
Work effectively with cross-functional teams to execute the product vision
Provide clear direction, support, and resources to enable the development team
Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned

Education

4-year degree with 5+ years in product management, or 8+ years of relevant experience
Expertise in atmospheric sciences
