Senior Account Executive - Mid Market/Enterprise

As an experienced SaaS Account Executive, you will manage a large territory with a focus on daily, weekly, and monthly activities to drive sales. You will be responsible for three key sources of bookings: net new acquisition through targeted prospecting, growth and expansion of existing customer accounts, and management of inbound leads generated from marketing efforts. Utilizing Salesforce, you will meticulously manage the sales pipeline through various stages, accurately forecasting quarterly results and ensuring consistent progress towards closing deals. Pipeline Hygiene and Data Governance will be key in achieving success in this role. 

This position will be hybrid- MTW in office, Th/Fri optional remote

Reports to: Sr. Director of Mid Market Sales

What You Will Own

  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure with mid-market organizations

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in healthcare practices

  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the value of our communication solutions

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscapes to effectively position Weave's solutions

What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with proficiency in Salesforce and expert-level pipeline management and forecasting skills

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

What Will Make Us Love You

  • Background in the healthcare sector, preferably working with dental, optometry, veterinary, or similar medical professionals

  • Experience with Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) or corporate entities managing multiple medical practices is highly desirable
