Maintenance Technician C shift

Then use your expertise and passion to help shape our success story.You can look forward to these exciting tasks:• Autonomous maintenance and repair of production equipment and related control units in line with Maintenance Plans• Error analysis and correction in case of equipment breakdowns• Mechanical, Electrical and Pneumatic systems troubleshooting.• Minor Programming of robots (basic movement and homing of axis's)• Programming of PC controlled test benches (Visual-Basic, Lab-View)• Ensuring the constant technical availability of the system• Support the continuous improvement of machines, tools, equipment and processes• Support production lines to achieve best OLE, MTTR and MTBFThis is what you bring to us:• Basic experience in PLC, PC and Robot Programming (e.g. Siemens, ABB)• Basic mechanical knowledge (pneumatics, machine elements)• Basic awareness of IATF/VDA/OEM/NEC Requirements• Working knowledge of relevant HSE and workplace safety requirements and relevant certificationsWhat we offer you:• Health coverage for you and your family• Generous number of vacation days each year• Paid sick time• 401k with company matchCandidates will be required to complete a pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen upon acceptance of an offerWe look forward to your online application!Get to know us and find out why we are passionate about Webasto.Webasto is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
