Compliance Manager - Partner Facing

WebBank is looking for a Compliance Manager - Partner Facing to ensure compliance with federal and state lending regulations for Strategic Partner Programs. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree and/or 10 years of regulatory compliance experience, proficiency in federal and state lending laws, and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for compliance-related information and activities
Guide Strategic Partner Programs in maintaining a Compliance Management System
Execute the Bank's Compliance Management System for assigned programs
Report key compliance developments to Executive Management
Ensure business practices align with federal and state regulations
Stay updated on regulatory changes and communicate impact to management and partners
Assist in addressing audit findings and compliance monitoring programs
