Staff Backend Engineer, Enterprise Workflows
Webflow is a visual web development platform enabling non-coders to create web experiences. The Enterprise Workflows team seeks a Staff Backend Engineer to enhance collaboration features for larger teams.

Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement scalable multi-tenant backend services and APIs.
- Contribute to functional strategy and lead deliverable projects.
- Produce maintainable, tested, and scalable code.
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with product managers.
- Participate in engineering citizenship activities.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
