Business Analyst, Commercial Clinical Analyst

• Provide data analysis support for the Commercial Clinical Strategy team, including identification of physician / healthcare professional (HCP) segments best suited to meet objectives of client promotional programs, oversight of strategic programs, and campaign impact analyses using prescription data
• Develop interactive data tools and dashboards aimed at supporting Sales and other internal teams
• Automate and optimize various targeting, campaign management, and pitch processes to reduce lead time and expedite the delivery of client solutions
• Help manage Omnichannel programs which could include creating configurations, monitoring reporting dashboards, and recommending optimizations
• Work with the Machine Learning team to create custom audience segments for each Omnichannel client and monitor investment strategies

• BS in a STEM major

• 1+ years’ of professional or internship experience 
• Advanced in Excel 
• Proficient in SQL 
• Proficient in PowerPoint 
• Experience designing or building data visualization dashboards (e.g. Looker, LookerStudio, Tableau)
• Experience with Python, a plus

• Experience analyzing healthcare data
• Knowledge of healthcare systems and pharmaceutical/biotechnology industries
