Campaign Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities • Collaborate with the Campaign/Activity Head to develop and implement strategic plans for online activities, ensuring smooth execution to drive client acquisition. • Plan and execute promotional campaigns for online activities, including leveraging social media, email marketing, online advertising, and other relevant channels to support client acquisition efforts... • Analyze data and regularly review the performance of online activities to predict, track, evaluate, and continuously optimize results, aiding in client acquisition strategies. • Assist other team members with online activity-related tasks, such as negotiating with partners and following up on events to facilitate successful client acquisition initiatives. • Collect user feedback, stay updated on market trends, and monitor competitor information to provide insights for continuously improving client acquisition strategies. Produce summary reports to inform future planning. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification that aligns with client acquisition strategies for online activities. • Proactive and eager-to-learn mindset with a passion for client acquisition through online events. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the client acquisition team and external partners. • The ability to analyze data and derive insights to support decision-making for client acquisition strategies. • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple aspects of online activities. • A keen eye for detail to ensure the successful execution of promotional campaigns and online events for client acquisition. • A collaborative and team-oriented attitude, supporting the Campaign/Activity Head and other team members in client acquisition efforts. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. • 0-1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in the fintech or online trading sector. • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing software and tools. • A team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
