Program Manager (Entrepreneurship Development)

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Min Experience: 4 years

Location: Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad

JobType: full-time

We are looking for a dynamic professional to design, implement, and manage entrepreneurship development programs that drive innovation, enhance entrepreneurial capabilities, and contribute to economic growth. In this role, you will collaborate with industry leaders, academic institutions, government agencies, and aspiring entrepreneurs to ensure the successful execution of impactful programs.

Key Responsibilities

Program Development & Management

  • Design and implement entrepreneurship development programs in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop training modules, curricula, and workshops catering to diverse entrepreneurial needs.
  • Identify and onboard mentors, resource persons, and industry experts for program delivery.
  • Define program goals, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong partnerships with industry leaders, academic institutions, government bodies, and NGOs to create a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem.
  • Engage with startups, entrepreneurs, and micro-enterprises to understand challenges and develop effective interventions.
  • Maintain relationships with sponsors and funding partners to ensure long-term program sustainability.

Operations & Logistics

  • Oversee program execution, including venue coordination (physical/virtual), scheduling, and participant enrollment.
  • Manage program budgets, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
  • Track program progress, generate performance reports, and recommend improvements.

Outreach & Communication

  • Develop project proposals (DPRs) and pitches to secure funding and support.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Promote programs via social media, digital platforms, and networking events.
  • Represent the organization at conferences, exhibitions, and industry forums to showcase program impact.

Monitoring & Evaluation

  • Define metrics to assess program impact on participants and the broader entrepreneurial ecosystem.
  • Conduct research, surveys, and feedback collection to refine program offerings.
  • Document success stories and case studies for knowledge-sharing and promotional purposes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Social Development, or related fields.
  • 4-7 years of experience in program management, preferably in entrepreneurship development or MSME support initiatives.
  • Proven experience in engaging with startups, corporates, and government agencies.
