Senior Full Stack Developer (AI-Powered QA Agents)

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the development and scaling of our AI-Powered QA platform. In this role, you’ll work closely with AI/ML engineers, QA automation experts, and product managers to build intuitive interfaces, powerful backend systems, and seamless integrations that enable our intelligent QA agents to operate at scale.

You’ll be responsible for building and optimizing core product features, integrating AI-driven components, and ensuring a seamless experience for end users across the entire QA lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of our full-stack architecture supporting AI-driven QA automation tools.
• Collaborate with AI and ML teams to integrate agent-based decision-making and learning models into the product.
• Design and implement highly scalable RESTful APIs, microservices, and data pipelines to manage QA workflows and test cases.
• Build intuitive, dynamic, and responsive UIs that allow users to interact effectively with QA agents.
• Ensure high performance, security, and maintainability across the tech stack.
• Work with DevOps to streamline CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and deployments.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices in engineering.
• Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks in application performance or scalability.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience in product-driven environments.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js.
• Solid experience building scalable backend systems using Express.js, NestJS, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with AI/ML-powered automation systems, preferably QA tools or autonomous agents.
• Deep understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven design.
• Strong database knowledge – both relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and tools into a broader application ecosystem.
• Exposure to test automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience working on AI/ML tools or platforms with autonomous agent behavior.
• Familiarity with QA practices, test lifecycle, and CI/CD processes.
• Experience working in agile environments and rapid product iteration.
