Weekend Health has been scaling rapidly and recently accepted an acquisition offer from WeightWatchers (NASDAQ: WW). Weekend Health will operate as a subsidiary of WeightWatchers and we'll be continuing on a path of rapid growth.
Product Operations Managers enable the Product and Engineering teams to execute at the highest velocity. POMs’ work impacts all parts of the organization and help keep the train running smoothly. They are responsible for gathering feedback, analyzing the data, and proposing a vision for the future of product. Some of your responsibilities will include:
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and cross functional teams to impact the health of tens of thousands of Americans
Defining, documenting, and maintaining release processes
Identifying product feedback loops within the organization and working with stakeholders to close those loops with new routines
Coordinating critical aspects of product launch
Collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing customer insights
Segmenting user data and extracting insights from analysis
Reviewing end-to-end customer product experience
Building reporting dashboards using tools such as Mode or Looker
Acting as a data steward for product management data, owning cleanliness, integrity, and data gap resolution
You crave to have a meaningful impact in healthcare and are excited about moving in a fast paced environment.
You are process oriented and are a structured thinker. You can observe inefficiencies in communication and derive processes with tooling support.
You are deeply analytical and are a wizard at SQL and analyzing metrics.
You understand how to manage stakeholders, communicate clearly and concisely.
Ideal candidates will have B2C product experience and have a background in Investing or Banking.
Strong experience using SQL
Strong experience using Excel
Project management
Strong business acumen
Experience with data modeling working with metrics related to retention, churn, forecasting, and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
3+ Years of experience as a Product Operations Manager
Data visualization tools like Looker or Mode
We have an office in sunny San Francisco and we love having the team under one roof. Our office is right above the Montgomery BART station. We’re currently evaluating candidates who can be in the office at least 3 days a week.
