Healthcare Enrollment Specialist

WelbeHealth is seeking a Healthcare Enrollment Specialist to guide the eligibility process and help seniors gain access to the PACE program. The ideal candidate will drive enrollment activities, manage home visits, and collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team.

Skills

Bachelor’s Degree
2+ years of experience in a sales and marketing role, with at least 1 year in healthcare or senior care setting
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM software like Salesforce

Responsibilities

Drive enrollment activities
Manage home visits
Develop relationships with prospective participants and families
Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner
