Primary Care Physician, Pod Leader- Part-Time

As a Primary Care Physician, Pod Leader at WelbeHealth, your primary responsibilities include providing life-changing, community-based care to seniors, building long-term relationships with patients, and overseeing holistic care through our unique PACE program. You'll also be tasked with making home visits and may participate in a remote on-call schedule. To qualify for the Primary Care Physician, Pod Leader position at WelbeHealth, candidates must be Board Certified in one of the following specialties: Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Geriatrics.
