Staff Backend Software Engineer | GenAI
Wellhub is a corporate wellness platform seeking a Staff Backend Software Engineer to join their GenAI team, focusing on generative AI solutions and innovation.
Skills
- Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, C or C++
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL technologies
- API development and integration
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement generative AI based applications.
- Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Design and develop APIs for various AI models and services.
- Lead critical projects and cross team collaborations.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
