Customer Service Representative

Wellist is seeking a detail-oriented individual passionate about improving user’s lives to join our team in Boston, MA.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Fluency in English
  • Minimum three years of strong call center experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and friendly outreach to patients, employees, and families via phone and email.
  • Create personalized support lists using Wellist’s directory of nonmedical resources.
  • Complete custom resource searches to address user needs.
