It all begins with you.About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Executive Specialist within Strategy & Execution as a part of Corporate Investment Banking Operations. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.In this role, you will:• Provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of experienced executive level administrative work, as well, as ongoing ad-hoc project and business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reports• Perform heavy calendaring, complex travel planning, extensive document creation and editing, and preparing expense report submissions• Support projects• Assist with budget planning and compile statistical data for financial planning• Act as information source on group and company policies• Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing understanding of the Administrative Support function• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals• Interact with external customersRequired Qualifications:• 6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:• Concur experience preferred• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive• Exceptional customer service standards• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and communicate with C-suite external clients, Senior leadership and other team members• Ability to articulate clearly and concisely in both written and oral communication• Ability to multi-task and adapt to situations quickly• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision• Responds to requests and inquiries in a timely manner• Demonstrates sound judgment when problem solving• Works well in a team environment; demonstrates respect and collaboration• Ability and willingness to collaborate with teammates to ensure appropriate support and coverage• Serves as an extension of senior leadership adapting to a culture of partnership, teamwork, results orientation, and professionalism• Demonstrates proficiency with Domestic and International travel; Concur experience preferred• Ability to manage and process reports; maintaining financial efficiencies and reducing costs• Ability to adhere to confidentiality practices and guidelinesJob Expectations:• Ability to work a hybrid schedule• Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening• This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipPosting Location:• 500 W 33rd St, New York, NY 10001Pay Range:• 36.68 - 65.24 USD HourlyEmployees support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
