About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Executive Specialist to join our Corporate Risk Strategic Enterprise Risk Management (SERM) team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to 3 of our OC+2 Leaders: The Head of Strategic Risk Oversight; Head of Insights; and SERM’s COO.In this role, you will:• Provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of experienced executive level administrative work, as well, as ongoing ad-hoc project and business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables, and pulling routine reports.• Perform heavy calendaring, complex travel planning, extensive document creation and editing, and preparing expense report submissions.• Act as information source on group and company policies.• Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of the Administrative Support function.• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.• Serve on special projects.Required Qualifications:• 6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:• Strong calendar management experience.• Experience organizing, preparing & coordinating meetings or team events.• Outstanding organizational, time management skills and willing to take work independently.• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.• Experience handling confidential material in a professional manner.• Administrative support experience in banking or financial services.• Ability to effectively work in and support a virtual and local team environment interfacing in person, electronically and by phone.• Proficiency in communicating professionally and appropriately with confidence at all levels and across functional lines.• Experience with MS Office, Workday, and Concur.• Experience managing SharePoint and Team sites.Job Expectations:• This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.• This position offers a hybrid work schedule (3 days per week on-site).• Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening.• Relocation assistance is not available for this position.• Flexibility in schedule to accommodate supporting leaders in different time zones.Posting Location:• 401 S Tryon Street – Charlotte, NCPosting End Date:21 Sep 2024• Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.We Value DiversityAt Wells Fargo, we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace; accordingly, we welcome applications for employment from all qualified candidates, regardless of race, color, gender, national origin, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information, individuals with disabilities, pregnancy, marital status, status as a protected veteran or any other status protected by applicable law.Employees support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company.
