Job Summary of Branch Operations Strategist:Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Operations Associate Manager (LO) for our National Branch Network within the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. This role focuses on leading teller functions, enhancing customer and colleague experiences, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. As a Branch Operations Associate Manager, you will supervise risk management, provide excellent customer service, and mentor a diverse team to achieve business objectives. This position requires adherence to Loan Originator (LO) regulations, including customer interaction for dwelling-secured products.Job Duties and Responsibilities of Branch Operations Strategist:• Manage and supervise teller functions to prioritize exceptional customer service, team member engagement, regulatory compliance, and timely completion of tasks.• Incorporating a peer review system also provides an opportunity for each team member to praise each other and reward the best performers.
