About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Manager Transformation (Business Execution Director) in our Chief Administration Office within Consumer Small and Business Banking.This role will be responsible for enhancing our new way of working and help CSBB products transform from a system-centric operating model to a customer-centric operating model. This involves additional design, execution support and overall coaching and transformation management support.In this role, you will:Target Operating Model Transformation and Governance for all Consumer Small Business Banking Products- Drive decisions related to operating model structure/taxonomy- Lead forums related to operating model decisions and communications- Manage stakeholder engagement related to target operating model managementTarget Operating Model Design and Execution Support- Work with pilot teams on a day-to-day basis and help them understand and learn enhanced way of working including curating backlogs if needed- Assess product areas, develop coaching/transformation plans and execute plans- Develop & Deliver workshops to improve product management skillsTooling, Metrics, Consultation, Process Improvement- Develop, maintain, educate on dashboards and the using metrics- Through analysis and relationships, identify process opportunities- Plan and execute process pilots to gain learning, expand to drive results-Drive tooling standards, efficient implementation of training plans, maintain and improve quality of data hygiene through evaluation and scoring-Provide feedback to leaders on data quality opportunitiesStakeholder Management:- Engage with Consumer, Small & Business Banking leadership and critical partners to enable decisions during design, launch and pilot execution for enhanced way of working.Required Qualifications:• 8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education• 4+ years of management experienceDesired Qualifications:• 8+ years of experience in Product based operating model in a customer-centric taxonomy leveraging Agile principles and mechanics• Experience as a Product manager for a banking business domain (within or outside Wells Fargo) managing prioritization and delivery of business/tech priorities• Practical experience within or outside Wells Fargo supporting pilots for multi-disciplinary teams and developing/evolving taxonomy• Experience being a coach for teams as well as 'coach for coaches'• Strong strategic and process acumen with ability to think at a conceptual and tactical level on a broad cross-section of topics• Experience partnering, influencing, and driving change through senior leaders• Experience engaging partners to execute a roadmap that delivers value• Significant experience working in a product based operating model• Experience engaging product managers/product owners to define and track OKRs, manage delivery models and report delivery and transformation metrics• Must have an analytic orientation with track record of data-driven decision making and experience with complex data sets• Hands-on experience working with Jira boards• Ability to manage a team of 10+ FTEs and leaders; be an inspiring leader• Ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders and have command over the content, including a sharp attention to detailJob Locations:• 1525 W WT Harris Blvd - Charlotte, North Carolina• 401 S Tryon - Charlotte, North Carolina• 550 S 4th Street - Minneapolis, Minnesota• 1801 Park View Drive - Shoreview, Minnesota• 11601 N Black Canyon Hwy - Phoenix, Arizona• 2700 S Price Road - Chandler, Arizona• 250 E John Carpenter Frwy - Irving, Texas• 150 E 42nd St New York, New York• 333 Market Street San Francisco, California• 800 S Jordan Creek Pkwy Des Moines, Iowa• 260 Charles Lindbergh Dr Salt Lake City, Utah• 4101 Wiseman Blvd Bldg 104 San Antonio, Texas• 114 N Beaumont St Bldg D St. Louis Missouri• 2200 Concord Pike Wilmington Delaware• 2240 Butler Pike Philadelphia Pennsylvania• 1100 Corporate Center Dr Lot B Raleigh North Carolina• 7711 Plantation Rd Roanoke Virginia• 1700 K St NW Washington DC• 1753 Pinnacle Dr Mclean VirginiaRequired locations listed above.
