About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product ManagerIn this role, you will:• The DCM Product Management/Owner Function will be of a strategic team focused on supporting DCM product areas. solutions Supporting the comprehensive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) P&L management, agile story development, while developing critical, long term road maps for data center services.• You will be part of the product team responsible for providing developing and supporting datacenter product areas. Key responsibilities are partnering with our product owners and cross organizationally with infrastructure owners.• Expertise in product pricing and unit cost analysis.• Proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Datacenter Management.• Expertise for developing strategies around long term commercial transactions datacenter labor and 3rd party hosting contracts.• Adept at operating in matrixed organizational constructs.• Understanding and knowledge of various internal roles (both business and technology) and how they interact with datacenter management.• Development and evaluation of strategic comprehensive business case option analysis.• Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams from tech, design, and business• Passion to challenge the status quo and drive out of the box ideas.• Believes in the non-hierarchical culture of collaboration.• Experimental mindset to drive innovation.Required Qualifications, US:• 5 years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education• 3 years of developing strategic financial analysis or business case work• 2 years of experience with technology infrastructure, technology investment planning.• Proven experience defining and implementing metrics; facilitate a data-driven decision-making environment.Desired Qualifications:• 2 years of experience in managing, operating and providing solutions in a datacenter organization for an enterprise level organization.• Project management skillset to manage multiple priorities• Preferred experience with Agile / Product framework, familiarity with tools Kanban, Jira, etc.• Degree with quantitative background (Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain)Pay Range:New Jersey Pay Range:• 115,900.00 - 206,100.00 USD AnnualPosting End Date:23 Apr 2024• Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.We Value DiversityAt Wells Fargo, we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace; accordingly, we welcome applications for employment from all qualified candidates, regardless of race, color, gender, national origin, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information, individuals with disabilities, pregnancy, marital status, status as a protected veteran or any other status protected by applicable law.Employees support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company.
