About This RoleWells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to play a key role in ensuring the effectiveness and continual improvement of change management systems of record and the enterprise product transformation process. In this role, the Lead Business Execution Consultant will support identifying issues and opportunities for improving change management systems of record, partnering with lines of business and enterprise functions to understand their needs and impediments, collaborating with technology on design and testing, and working across the enterprise with Agile practitioners and stakeholders to facilitate product review and approval.In This Role, You Will• Work with business and function leaders and users to identify pain points and opportunities related to change management systems of record• Translate business needs into user stories, partner with Technology to define supporting features, and validate features against defined acceptance criteria• Partner with readiness teams to plan, document, and communicate upcoming feature releases• Identify cross-business impacts and mitigate corresponding change risk• Partner with Enterprise Agile Transformation to facilitate the Product Review Panel, ensuring candidate products are vetted, scheduled, reviewed, and approved in a timely fashion• Facilitate Product Review Panel meetings and the Executive Product Approval meeting with senior executives from Technology and Corporate Strategy• Continually improve the product transition process to ensure products achieve transformation objectives and adhere to ECM transition expectations• Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans• Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives• Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the groupRequired Qualifications, US:• 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:• 3+ years of working in an Agile environment• 3+ experience working with Jira• Familiarity with Agile Registry• Experience translating business needs and outcomes into technology requirements and design• Ability to partner with business leaders and end users to write, refine, and test user stories and requirements• Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technology partners, translating business needs into technology features• Ability to work under tight timeliness and high-pressure situations with a high degree of accuracy and diplomacy• Ability to work independently with a high-degree of urgency and autonomy• Sophistical written and verbal communication and presentation skills#SP&ECMCareersPosting End Date3 Sep 2024• Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.We Value DiversityAt Wells Fargo, we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace; accordingly, we welcome applications for employment from all qualified candidates, regardless of race, color, gender, national origin, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information, individuals with disabilities, pregnancy, marital status, status as a protected veteran or any other status protected by applicable law.Employees support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company.
