We focus on our clients' overall financial needs, with consideration and respect for their total relationship with Wells Fargo.Wells Fargo is seeking an Investment Banking Program Associate for the newly formed Cross CIB Wealth Solutions team within CIB Banking. The Associate will be responsible for helping build, maintain, and grow relationships across Wealth Management (WIM) and CIB.In This Role, You Will• Participate in analyzing companies and client investments• Make recommendations to clients on investments• Identify opportunities for process improvements within Investment Banking Program• Review and analyze market data, valuation analyses, models, and presentations that require research, evaluation, selection of alternatives, and exercise independent judgment to guide medium risk deliverables• Present recommendations for resolving business challenges and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals• Interact with internal and external customersRequired Qualifications:• 2+ years of Investment Banking Program experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:• Prior experience CIB or WIM• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail and accuracy• Strong financial modeling skills• Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment• Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills• Willingness to work long hours in a demanding, highly focused and collaborative team environment with a sense of personal accountability and urgency for achieving resultsJob Expectations:• Registration for FINRA Series 63 (or 66) must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.• Registration for FINRA Series 79 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.• Registration for Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
