About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Personal Lending team within Consumer Lending. This strategic role will be responsible for the POS Financing product, offers, and financial performance.Wells Fargo’s Consumer Lending businesses empower millions of customers to achieve their dreams every day. Within Consumer Lending, the Personal Lending team is responsible for Personal Loans, Flex Loans and Point of Sale Financing. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.In this role, you will:• Developing or influencing business plans, product requirements, and evaluations of new product lines and product expansions; measurement of impact of new product launches and capabilities• Using data and cost benefit analysis to inform product roadmap and features• Assessing offers and performance, creating pricing strategies• Market, industry and competitive analysis to identify trends, issues and opportunities associated with Point of Sale/Retail Financing• Developing and leveraging consumer and merchant segmentation analysis, behavior analysis, voice of customer analysis to inform product roadmap and features• Identifying opportunities for improvement across all P&L levers, helping to drive and implement those opportunities in collaboration with cross functional teamsRequired Qualifications, US:• 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:• Knowledge and understanding of providing consumer lending products through partnerships (e.g., Retails Services, POS Installment Lending or BNPL)• Knowledge and understanding of credit offers, evaluation and pricing• Knowledge and understanding of product management in the financial services industry, including knowledge and understanding of profit and loss (P&L) drivers• Strong problem solving, attention to detail, decision making and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives• Experience navigating through ambiguity• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and lead without authority within a matrixed environment• Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels• Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback, direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders, senior level stakeholders and team members while operating in an ambiguous environment• Master’s Degree, MBA or higher preferredJob Expectations:• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time• Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening• This position offers a hybrid work schedule• This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipJob posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.Locations:• 801 Walnut St, Des Moines, IA 50309• 550 S Tryon St, Charlotte, NC 28202• 300 Highway 169 S, Minneapolis, MN 55426Pay Range:• 96,600.00 - 206,100.00Required locations listed above.
