About This Role
Innovation and SDI Operations is seeking a skilled Digital Product Leader to spearhead digital efforts within CB-CIB Digital Insights. This individual will work with a dedicated Scrum team and product partners to enable Digital Capabilities and Self-Service Experiences to empower customers and Wells Fargo to quickly and securely fulfill digital banking and financial needs. Key... abilities include working collaboratively and exhibiting influence without direct control. Must successfully works with cross-functional teams and frequently interface with Product Owners, SCRUM Masters, Delivery Coordinators, User Experience Designers, Business and Systems Architects, System Analysts, QA Analysts, Developers, etc.

In This Role, You Will
• Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
• Act as key participant in large-scale planning
• Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area
• Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
• Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
• Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
• Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience building or supporting customer-facing data products (i.e. Alteryx, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI)
• 5+ years on working on digital transformation efforts across a matrixed organization
• Strong knowledge of process for developing web applications using an Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• 5+ years of Agile experience (SCRUM, Agile tools).
• 3+ years of UML and process modeling.
• BA/BS degree in information science, business administration or other applicable degree.
• Wells Fargo experience is highly desirable.
• Requirements mentoring experience is highly desirable.

Pay Range
$96,600.00 – $206,100.00
