Lead Mobile Apps Product Manager

Responsible for overseeing the development, marketing and performance of accessories products within the Canik USA portfolio. The primary focus of this role is to drive revenue growth, enhance customer satisfaction and ensure the successful launch and lifecycle management of accessory products. Responsibilities • Execute the overall strategy for accessory product lines, aligning with the Company’s goals and market trends.• product roadmaps, pricing strategies and positioning.• comprehensive market research to identify customer needs, competitor offerings and emerging trends in the accessory space. Utilize insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.• with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, manufacturing, and marketing to conceptualize, develop, and launch new accessory products. Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to commercialization.• and execute successful product launches, including collaborating on marketing campaigns, creating sales collateral, and coordinating with sales teams to ensure product availability and visibility.• support to the sales team by equipping them with product knowledge, training materials, and sales tools. Work closely with sales channels to drive accessory product sales and meet revenue targets.• the performance of accessory products in the market, tracking key metrics such as sales volume, revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.• the entire lifecycle of accessory products, including product updates, enhancements, and end-of-life decisions. Develop strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs throughout the product lifecycle.• with various teams including marketing, sales, supply chain, and customer support to ensure alignment and coordination across functions. Communicate effectively to drive consensus and achieve objectives.• Assist in implementing business plans for each product segment to deliver profitable results and achieve cost, quality, delivery, and revenue targets• Be the product knowledge expert technical advisor on CANIK’s accessory product line during sales training or marketing events• Coordinate with Canik and Warranty Parts Associate to order warranty parts and maintain inventoryQualifications & Knowledge RequiredTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required.• Firearms knowledge required• Firearm optics and accessory knowledge preferred.• Minimum of 3 years proven experience in product management specific to a firearms company.• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and market research techniques.• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.• Results-oriented with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets.• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.• Ability to make strategic decisions and take initiative• Strong computer skills required, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.• Excellent research skills and strong negotiation skills• Proficiency in Turkish language highly desired but not required
