About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant - Learning & Development Lead Exam Response Specialist to manage the regulatory inquiry process. This individual will ensure regulatory responses that require a training component are responded to consistently and timely. In addition, all responses are tracked and stored according to documentation storage requirements. This role is responsible for finding innovative ways to make the process more efficient and effective while regularly reporting status and issue resolution to executive leadership. A key success factor of this role is to work effectively across business lines to facilitate the best response outcomes.In this role, you will:• Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives• Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate• Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance• Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations• Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans• Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives• Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the groupRequired Qualifications:• 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:• Process Design experience• Experience within a Learning & Development system like Cornerstone.• Database query experience• Experience in Learning & Development• Experience in producing executive level communication on status and issue resolution• Developing repeatable processes to respond to inquiries• Ability to pull L&D reports and analyze data to identify themes and root cause opportunities• Proven ability responding successfully to regulatory inquiries• Ability to design effective and efficient processesJob Expectations:• Position will require onsite presence from any of the required locations listed above in a hybrid work schedule. 3 days in office required.Position Locations:• 550 S. 4th St. -- Minneapolis, MN• 1525 West WT Harris Blvd. – Charlotte, NC• 301 S.
