This Software Test Automation Engineering Lead will drive the test automation engineering strategy, implementation, execution. This Engineer will be expected to have deep software engineering and DevOps expertise with hands-on coding and automation ability. The expectation also is that they learn/understand the technology landscape of the line of business and enterprise.In this role, you will:• Ensure identified test automation approach, frameworks, tools, and solutions are strategically aligned to the overall objectives of the LOB• Develop end-to-end testing strategies connected to automation strategies• Coordinate and execute regression testing, test automation, performance testing, functionality, and usability testing• Develop test plans with entry/exit criteria in agile operating model• Embed test automation within CI/CD pipeline processes and toolsRequired Qualifications:• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education• 5+ years of experience with test automation methodologies, frameworks and tools such as Spring Boot Framework, Karate Framework and Selenium• 4+years of experience in programming languages like JAVA, .NET and JavaScript• 2+ years of experience with Behavior Driven Development methodology• 2+ Years of experience in ADA testing, multi browser testing using BOSD• 2+ years of experience in quality engineering practices like Unit testing, TDD, Code review, Secure coding practices, Code Quality, Code Coverage, CI/CD• 2+ years working knowledge of DevOps methodologies, tools like Jira, GitHub, Jenkins, Gradle• 2+ years of working knowledge of JIRA, HP ALM /Octane• 2+ years of working knowledge of using browser stack to test Mobile use caseDesired Qualifications:• A BS degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related area of focus• Banking domain knowledge• Familiarity with Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban• Prior experience implementing test automation solutions in a dynamic, complex, and scaled environmentJob Expectations:• This position offers a hybrid work schedule• Relocation assistance is not available for this positionLocations:• 2600 S.
