About This RoleWells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Consultant, HR Transformation and Product, to join the HR Discovery team within Human Resources Transformation and Product. The HR Discovery team is responsible for research and analysis of new, unplanned initiatives. We focus on high priority work that is undefined, ambiguous, or at risk of failure. This team works to validate cross-functional problem statements and defines approaches for solution delivery (how and who) before engaging the HR product teams to solution and implement. An ideal candidate for this role is self-motivated, can influence a team and lead strategic initiatives, collaborating across a large organization.
