Keep in mind that you’ll be stepping into a legacy technology environment in need of modernization,With that said, your work will play a critical role in updating our infrastructure so we can deliver renewable energy efficiently, creating new innovative solutions for the power demands of tomorrow.Key AccountabilitiesWhat you’ll be doing• Owning the product cycle from end-to-end• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, concept test and deliver innovative solutions including scope, design, concept, test, delivery, and growth• Developing business cases and operating plans• Owning the creation and prioritization of product backlog for specific digital products• Distilling products down to what is desirable, viable, and feasible while ensuring rapid and regular business value for clients• Monitoring and reporting on product KPIs• Clarifying requirements and communicating delivery expectations with business stakeholders• Develop progress communication materials and promote digital platform adoption among stakeholdersWhat will make you successful• Outstanding leadership skills and experience working on a multidisciplinary team• Proven experience working within agile environments and managing multi-disciplinary Scrum teams• Technological domain knowledge and solid understanding of digital product integration• Familiarity with utilizing analytical tools to gather insights into product adoption• Prior experience tracking product KPIs and ability to navigate complex interactionsQualifications• 3-5 years of experience in product management, building, and delivering digital technology products• Demonstrated experience leading cross functional teams in an agile environment• Demonstrated experience defining sprint work and running scrum teamsMore InformationNational Grid is an equal opportunity employer that values a broad diversity of talent, knowledge, experience and expertise.
