It all begins with you.Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Treasury Management Sales Consultant within Global Treasury Management in primarily a virtual support of clients within Emerging Middle Market (EMM).In This Role, You Will• Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence Treasury Management Consulting objectives and long-term goals for Emerging Middle Markets• Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple business lines, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require advanced knowledge, inductive thinking, and coordination of highly complex activities and guidance to others• Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large-scale and cross functional• Lead Treasury Management sales projects and teams, or serve as peer mentor• Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadershipRequired Qualifications:• 7+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:• Experience working with Emerging Middle Market clients (companies with revenue of $25MM to $100MM)• Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives• Ability to develop strong partnerships• Excellent communication skills• Strong presentation skillsJob Expectations:• We will consider other locations for this position, but candidate will need the availability to serve clients in the NE United States regions.• Must be willing to work out of a Wells Fargo office location.Salary range for all locations: $144,400 - $300,000 annual base salary.Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
