In this role, you will be supporting our innovative agile environment and leading end-to-end project execution of Contact Center tools transformation.As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be responsible for promoting the adoption of Scrum and Agile best practices within your team and across the product. You will facilitate and optimize the performance of cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of complex technology projects. Additionally, you will provide insight on metrics and raise risks and concerns on delivery for teams. This role involves working closely with product owners, developers and other stakeholders to ensure strategic integration of processes that support key business initiatives. Your contributions in this role will be an important element of our agile practice, helping realize our vision to enable and continuously improve our Scrum Master and Kanban Lead community.In This Role, You Will• Guide the scrum teams to follow Agile and Scrum practices to actively promote prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each sprint• Facilitate the scrum framework with cross-functional impact that involves moderately complex projects, non-projects, or maintenance work• Facilitate Agile events for teams, including daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives and more• Support and educate stakeholders, including Product Owners, on Agile best practices, refinement, and management of the product backlog• Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised and solved collaboratively• Act as a change agent that increases the productivity of the team and ensures deliverable quality• Facilitate discussions on agile team metrics to identify improvement opportunities to achieve higher levels of team performance• Deliver capabilities using agile practices while also following the Software Development Lifecycle, business process mapping, and various release processes as appropriate to ensure all risk, security, and development requirements are met• Partner with stakeholders to identify and adhere to governance policies and corporate standards• Collaborate with product owners and program/project managers to communicate delivery of work product from the team and escalate key risks and issues impeding scrum team effectiveness• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals• Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsRequired Qualifications, US:• 4+ years of Practicing Agile Scrum Master experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education• 4+ Experience facilitating Scrum and/or Kanban Events (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Sprint Retrospectives)• 4+ years in building JQL, managing, delivering JIRA boards and dashboards• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence software• 4+ years of end-to-end project executionRequired Qualifications, International:• Experience in Scrum, Agile, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:• Scrum Master Certification (i.e. CSM from Scrum Alliance or PSM from Scrum.org)• 5+ years of agile delivery experience, including both Scrum and Kanban• 3+ years agile coaching experience• Prior experience forming agile teams from the ground up• Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)• Banking and Financial Services experience• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills• Excellent servant leadership skills• Strong problem solving and conflict resolution abilities• Ability to work with situations of ambiguity, conflict, and uncertainty in order to drive outcomes forwardPosting End Date:12 Sep 2024• Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.We Value DiversityAt Wells Fargo, we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace; accordingly, we welcome applications for employment from all qualified candidates, regardless of race, color, gender, national origin, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information, individuals with disabilities, pregnancy, marital status, status as a protected veteran or any other status protected by applicable law.Employees support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company.
