You're a gifted writer and a thoughtful strategist, able to take complex and complicated concepts and distill them into relatable and empowering digital experiences. You will deliver high-quality and compelling content that aligns with the company's brand and messaging as we continue to build the best digital experience delivering customer joy in the financial space.This role demands a high level of creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to drive the development of innovative and engaging content. As part of our Experience Design team at Wells Fargo, you will be fueled by exceptional thought leadership, subject matter experts and world class talent.In this role, you will:Lead complex initiatives for internet and application content designIdentify the modeling and all risk management including compliance with all federal and state laws for accessibility for all usersReview and analyze complex business and operational objectives that require in-depth evaluationComplete work in accordance with all risk management, compliance and business process expectationsMake decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring strong understanding of Content Design policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements that influence and lead broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiativesCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsLead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentorJob Duties:Write compelling copy for a complicated and highly personal space - financial institution experience is not requiredLeverage research data to build solutions that balance the needs of our users with our business goalsDeliver exceptional presentations, selling ideas, creating coalition, and building supportAct as an arbiter of best practices in grammar, messaging, writing, and styleOffer content design perspective throughout the product development process, influencing strategic decisions to improve the overall experience and ensure consistency.Required Qualifications:5+ years of Graphic or Website Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Experience leading the creation of best-in-class digital customer experiences for mobile app and websiteProven ability to apply a deep understanding of content design principles to develop and execute strategies that solve complex user and business challengesExperience crafting holistic flows and end-to-end experiences grounded in principles of user-centered designAbility to lead complex initiatives for internet and application content designExperience crafting content that makes risk, compliance, and regulatory communications accessible and clear to customersAbility to review and analyze complex business and operational objectives that require in-depth evaluationAbility to complete work in accordance with all risk management, compliance and business process expectationsExperience making decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring strong understanding of Content Design policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements that influence and lead broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiativesAbility to collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsJob Expectations:Not eligible for visa sponsorship.Role is not eligible for 100% remote.
