Commercial Finance Director

As Commercial Finance Director, you will be a right hand to CFO, playing a critical role in shaping the company's financial strategy and driving its execution. Your key functional responsibilities will include:

• Leading the team through transformation 

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling, collaborating with business units.

• Shape our long-term financial strategy in partnership with the CEO and C-suite. Drilling out further down to the operational targets through the planning process. 

• Review financial and operational performance, offering actionable insight (BPR).

• Act as a financial partner, challenging decisions for financial well-being.

• Manage working capital to optimize cash flow and ensure liquidity within the Group.

• Develop hedging FX strategies to protect against currency fluctuations.

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key banks.

• Play a crucial role in ERP implementation.

• Build and guide the function, setting long-term vision and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, MBA preferred.

• 10+ years in financial planning and analysis, general finance, corporate finance.

• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills.

• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

• Prior experience establishing or scaling FP&A.

• Global multinational exposure.

• Fluent English.

• Strategic thinker for executive-level planning.

• Adaptable in a dynamic environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

• IT industry experience.

• СIMA/CFA certification.

• ERP systems implementation exposure, preferably in leadership (experience with Workday would be a plus).

• Familiarity with IPO process and regulations.
