We are looking for IT Talent Attraction Specialist that would join our TA Tech Squad and will boost our pipelines with diverse engineers.

What You'll Do:

Become a Trusted Partner: Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop an effective sourcing strategy.

Craft Compelling Narratives: Leverage your strong writing skills to create compelling reach-out messages that resonate with top-tier candidates.

Direct Sourcing Expert: Utilize a comprehensive range of direct sourcing techniques to identify and engage top talent. This includes leveraging online platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, and other innovative strategies to build a robust talent pipeline.

Staying Ahead of the Curve: Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related field within a high-growth environment.

• Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent for tech roles

• Experience hiring in Poland
