Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that supports WerQ AI's growth and business goals.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts to build a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive workforce.
  • Establish and promote a culture of performance management, feedback, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive workplace culture and high levels of employee satisfaction.
  • Design and implement leadership development and training programs that enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration across teams to ensure alignment with organizational values.
  • Monitor HR metrics and assess effectiveness of programs, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
  • Cultivate relationships with external partners and industry organizations to enhance WerQ AI's presence in the talent ecosystem.

  • 10+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading HR strategy and driving organizational change in a technology-focused environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in HR management.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record in building a positive company culture and enhancing employee engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to HR decision-making.
