Join us as we empower tomorrow’s world at work.About The OpportunityComing out of our exciting brand refresh, our growing creative team is looking for a collaborative and conceptual Junior Copywriter to take WeWork’s brand storytelling to the next level. You’ll help support our brand storytelling efforts—working alongside writers, designers, producers, and marketing partners to execute work across the brand. With the power of your words, you’ll introduce audiences to WeWork’s unmatched products and solutions—inspiring communities through multichannel B2B and B2C marketing, including digital and print advertising campaigns, emails, events, videos, and more.About YouEqual parts wordsmith, strategist, grammar geek, and storyteller, you’re passionate about brand building and the craft of copy. A verbal designer in every sense, you sweat the small stuff—playing with sentence structure, poring over prose and punctuation, and championing style consistency. You expertly balance refined execution with big picture thinking, coming up with concepts that not only answer the brief but push it. You’re highly strategic and curious, not shying away from asking tough questions, learning on-the-go, and doing your own research. Lastly, you’re a true team player who is inspired by working alongside others. Always on your toes, you can pivot quickly while not missing a beat.Responsibilities• Support multiple multichannel marketing projects at a time, including paid social and print ads, event series, promotional videos, marketing emails, web copy, etc.• Equal parts concept and execution, you generate fresh ideas quickly, introducing new ways to promote our offerings and products across B2B and consumer audiences• Execute tactical copy needs, including proofreading, copyediting, and rewrites• Support the execution of high volume of marketing deliverables across global markets• Keep projects on track, expertly manage personal workflows, schedules, and deadlines• Dedicate time to learning and executing our Voice Guidelines to ensure clarity and consistency throughout all of our communications• Approach all projects through a strategic lens—crafting with an audience-first mindsetMinimum Qualifications• Have 3-4+ years of experience at a creative agency or in-house at a brand-forward company• Understanding of paid social and digital advertising concepts and copy best practices• A dynamic portfolio showcasing strengths in copywriting, with an emphasis on paid social, events, and marketing collateral• Calm in fast-paced environments and very comfortable with problem solving• Highly collaborative, organized, and a self-starter• Clear and effective written and verbal communicator• Bachelor’s degree in English, creative writing, communications, advertising, or related fieldCandidates must submit a proper portfolio in order to be considered for the position.Compensation & BenefitsBase Pay: $69,000 - $92,000Incentive Compensation: WeWork employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific to their role. Your recruiter will detail what incentive plan is applicable to this specific role. WeWork incentive plans are subject to the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan, which will be made available to you after commencing employment.
