Summary 

The Commercial Installation Lead provides customer equipment installation of HVACR and or commercial kitchen equipment (e.g., fryers, grills, ovens, freezers). 

Details:  
  • Mentor, lead, and motivate team members in a safe, productive and efficient manner. 
  • Install commercial HVACR and kitchen equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Design, fabricate, and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required.
  • Communicate professionally with customer(s) and team regarding repairs and status updates.
  • Communicate part order(s) with branch.
  • Document task (parts/work orders, timesheets) accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms consistent with policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
  • Three years of installation experience with combined commercial kitchen equipment and or HVACR equipment i.e., RTUS, chillers,
  • Must be at least 18 years of age. 
  • Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required
  • Valid Driver's License and Driving Record that aligns with our safety standards. 
Skills and Abilities:
  • Ability to lead and or work within a team.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends.
  • Ability to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and
  • Plumbing background is a plus.
  • Contractor, journeyman, and or HVAC certification would-be a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
Working / Environmental Conditions:
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance and lift equipment.
  • Extensive daily travel to work site location.
  • Occasional to frequent exertion in high and low temperature environments (over heated kitchens, rooftops, outdoors, etc.).
  • Repeated bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, and climbing up and down ladders.
  • Exposure to electrical, steam, and high heat units that require extreme caution and safety equipment.
