Senior Salesforce Administrator
Whatnot, a livestream shopping platform and marketplace, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to manage their Salesforce instance for the Categories and Expansion Team. The role involves working with stakeholders across various departments and ensuring efficient usage of Salesforce.
Skills
- Strong declarative knowledge of Salesforce backend
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and 3rd party tools
- Problem-solving skills using data and process improvements
Responsibilities
- Manage all technical aspects of Whatnot's Salesforce environment
- Configure Salesforce features such as user management, security, custom objects, and workflows
- Provide frontline support to sales and marketing teams
- Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Work on data architecture and critical integrations
